When I came home from work this afternoon, I was stopped in front of the mailbox to pick up today's mail and I saw across the road this young fawn watching me. He stayed there long enough for me to snap a few photos and then (as you can see in the extra), ran into the trees.

Another hot and steamy day - tomorrow and Sunday there is sure to be rain.
