Our second new addition

This cute wee bull calf is about 40 hours old, and Farmerboy has decided to keep him and grow him up to be one of our breeding bulls. We usually keep two bulls.

He is a lovely little calf, and is very vocal when looking for his mum. His name is 'Bradley Bullock' ( or Brad for short) as named yesterday by HilarysView. We don't usually name our cows, as dealing with a few hundred of them, it would be near impossible to remember who is who, however, the boys have pet cows and their names range from Sandy to Tinkster - they also have pet steers, whose names are Manley, Stanley, Keith and Horse. A bit of fun for the boys.
