Nia on the beach

On Tuesday morning at 7:30 am I drove about 21 miles to Siesta Key beach for Nia class with my friend Kathy. Yes, it takes me about 45-50 minutes to get there, but it is so worth it to dance on the beach! I will definitely be missing Nia while I am on Wolfe Island. I checked and unfortunately there are no classes on the island or nearby (by ferry or boat) in Kingston, Ontario. I'll just have to do my own exercises I think, and take walks on 3rd Line Road. We leave tomorrow!
