Red Soldier Beetle

Although it is quite warm today, there is also a chilly wind; it has not rained, yet!
   
A normal Sunday with normal events, chicken, wine etc.. Today’s picture is of a Red Soldier Beetle, sitting on some Golden Rod flowers. These flowers are doing quite well this year and appeared from nowhere a couple of years ago.
