Busy day - busy flowers

Spent the day doing stuff around the house, like sanding and filling the garage door frame. The previous owner had sealed the door to the wall with bathroom silicone sealant and made a ham fisted job, so I had to hack it all out, sand everything down and fill it with proper exterior grade filler.

We also booked our summer holidays, but it's all more complicated that it should be as Brittany Ferries lie on their web site, when you try to book as a foot & bike passenger it says "Please Call", which we did only to learn that means "Full Up". So not only did we waste time but it cost money to sit in a calling queue only to be told the ferry is full. I know we left it too late, but the web site didn't help, I'd use another operator, but there isn't one and other than this they are actually a good firm to deal with. With luck a holiday may help to de-stress me...

In the afternoon we went to the Community Orchard to do an inspection and thin the apples out, then we went to our orchard and did a load of weeding and more thinning.

Today's back blip is some wild marjoram/oregano flowers from our wildflower lawn at home - they are a bit busy like me!
