ouch!

Last day of Tour of Fife
Running really well until half way when I tripped and went headlong (just before going onto a nice grassy bit!).
Picked myself up and carried on and regained the places I'd lost and a couple more beside on a lovely downhill run.
Once cleaned up they aren't as bad as they look.
If you want something a bit less gruesome see the extra.
Now going out for a meal with some of the club.
