Whitby Pier

On such a lovely morning we decided to have a trip to Whitby. Fortunately we were ahead of the day trippers and enjoyed a walk along the beach to the pier. The sky was amazing in the early morning light and the tide was on the turn.

We decided to head back home for lunch at the point crowds descended on the harbour. By the time we arrived back it had started to cloud over. Well worth the early start.
