Roseberry Topping

Day 4 Gribdale Gate to Saltburn by the Sea. Our longest day so far at just short of 14 miles, including a detour up ( and down) Roseberry Topping. But so worth it. Having seen this mini mountain last year and for several days this year, it was a joy to reach the summit and not be disappointed. Being Sunday, there were a lot of Sunday strollers and joggers out cluttering up the paths. We have been up and down a lot, through the forests above Guisborough finally leaving the Yorkshire Moors behind and heading out towards the sea through Slapewath and Skelton. Going for a paddle before dinner..
