Up late on the High Line

A bright and cultural evening today at the High Line - the old rail-road-turned-park, called 'Up Late'. Lovely mix of an outdoor dancefloor, street theater, live music and story telling. It was hard to choose which photo to post, but here is a photo of what perhaps was the most special: a tunnel with overhead projectors emitting patterns formed by dried blood. Beautiful effects, crazy idea! The work is by Jordan Eagles and called 'blood illuminations'.
