Ham, Bologna

This is one of the fabulous specialist shops selling delicacies from the area. Prosciutto de Parma, Parmesan cheese ( at least three different "vintages"....24, 26, 32 months) and balsamic vinegar from Modena ( also with a range of vintages).

We had lunch in the mercato- pizza, ( including one deep fried calzone....it's not just in Scotland that you can get deep fried pizza!) and octopus for Mr CFJ.
