The taste of this fresh from the oven....

....flatbread was delicious.  Friends called around this evening asking us to witness their signature and brought food....and wine!  Freshly made hummus and flatbreads (they weren't exactly flat but delicious all the same) 't cook.  Yummy!!  we drank a lot of wine which was probably good as my mood was not....good!  better now but a bit squiffy perhaps.  at least I'll sleep well...........
