The bridge at Surfleet

I spent the morning at the Bureau and then waited for an appointment at the optician to try to get to the bottom of a problem with VDU light sensitivity.  I have new reading glasses which restrict blue light but still cannot use a computer or phone or watch television for very long.  The last few days just a few minutes has given me eye strain and a headache.  He could find nothing wrong with my eyes or my prescription but suggested I wear sunglasses more and avoid looking at VDU's straight after taking a particular medication which slows eye muscle response time.
