It is pasta actually

Even though it doesn't look like pasta seen in Europe, it is actually pasta that can be eaten here in Japan.

Toppings are...
Cod roe, salmon roe, and dried laver.
Sounds good doesn't it? Believe me, it is. lol

Besides this lot's of pasta with unique toppings in Japan. I think it's worth trying.
