That time of the year

Summer means tourists tramping through Moscow.  Interestingly, there has been a huge increase in the numbers of tourists from China (they get in without visas), India and the Middle East - to make up for the drop in visitors from more traditional origins in the West.  Many more locals (like this group) have stayed home because of the higher cost of overseas holidays arising from a weaker ruble and have instead spent their rubles in Russia.
