2016 Tuesday -- Tristan

This morning early, our daughter and Tristan, our great grandson, left our home in southern California to join us here on the Central Coast for a few days. Our daughter currently lives in our SoCal home and takes care of the place when we aren't there. So it is good to catch-up with her. Spending time with Tristan is always good.

He is an immense talker and he seems to never be still. He is 9 1/2 years old and he will be entering 4th grade on August 11. We paid Scrabble for a good portion of the afternoon. Watching him think through the word problems was quite intererting.

We all went to dinner at Duckie's near the pier. Our meal was delicious.
