Fuchsia

Yesterday, was the first day during which I have not worn the orthopaedic boot, since the 18 May.  This did not cause me any real problems, except that the leg is full of aches and pains today and it kept me awake a very large part of last night.  In consequence I have taken it easy today, with no work on the house, or other significant activity.  Today’s blip is therefore something close to the house, which did not take much effort to photograph.  This is a picture of one of the Fuchsia flowers on the bush just outside of the back door.  It is quite rare to see these, because the Muntjac and the Fallow deer both seem to have a taste for them and eat them as soon as they appear.
