Liberty

Libery is an American Bald Eagle, who is 16yrs old. She is currently a falconry display bird at The Butterfly and Wildlife Park, Lincolnshire, UK flying in their 3pm display. Weighing in at 9 and a half pounds with a 1.5metre wingspan - she is very impressive indeed!!!

I am one of the falconers who cares for her - I am so lucky... however it is slightly scary when she rests her beak on my cheekbone and proceeds to rub her beak up and down my cheek!!!
