Light

A lovely bit of light in my 'interesting' day. This is my godson who had just come back from a holiday and was passing through the area on his way back up north. I managed to hand over a belated Xmas present (yes I know it is August). This was the more blurry of 2 photos but I like the expressions better in this one :-) very smiley.

I also of course got to see the rest of the family and one of my best friends who I met at Uni. We shared a room together in our first year and thankfully got on really well here she is :-). I am still not quite sure how I managed to make the rendezvous location at the right time after life threw a few obstacles in my general direction ....but maybe fate works it's thing in the end!!!
