Airport EB - Bangkok

I think I am entitled to an EB today.
I could go searching for a real blip but somehow the enthusiasm is lacking at present.
After a two hour flight from Paris to Vienna and then 10 hours to Bangkok we are "enjoying" a 5 hour stopover before boarding our 9 hour flight to Sydney to be followed by the 2.5 hour train to the mountains.
At least we are unlikely to miss our connection as we did on the way over. And by the time you find your way around the airport here the time is almost gone.
Whenever we mention visiting Australia to people in the UK or Europe they "it's a very long way". Really!!!
At least two people said it this trip.
Still, it was all worth it :-)
