Many things are changing in Helsinki. Small tourist resorts are popping up in various places and new buildings are brought down and re-built. This wheel has been around for some time in the harbour, and a swimming pool will soon be completed just next to it. Yet, at the same time, the recession has not gone and quite a few shops have been closed or moved elsewhere.
