Archie at the Racing

Archie has had a sore day. His teeth are causing him real bother! So much so, he's been whining with the pain.

The nice vet lady had some special medicine for him, as his gums are actually hot to the touch and his teeth are pushing through. He's getting a very very small diluted dose of calpol from the vet to help the pain. Poor wee Archie!

To take his mind of the pain, he went for a walk to Musselburgh Racecourse to see all the horses. He thinks his Nana and Papa were in the stands, but he couldn't see them. He was too busy keeping the horses in check!

When he got home, he had a nice surprise as his Gran and Grampa Fortune had dropped in for a visit to deliver the medicine. After taking some, he could finally have a little sleep as the pain went away.

Archie says the tooth fairy better be good to him after going through all this!
