Hebridean Hair!

A bit of a breezy day, as you can see!

We finally understood why the locals boast about the South Uist beaches. This one stretches for miles and miles and miles.

A visit to the Hebridean Smokehouse, delicious homemade soup and scones at Claddach Kirkibost and then a wee look around Lochmaddy before boarding the ferry to Uig in Skye. A lovely sunny and smooth crossing and a short journey before we could enjoy the lovely sunset (also enjoyed by the midges!).
