An uneasy truce

Bert is not really impressed with Smudge. Smudge is desperate for Bert's approval. It's not going to end well.

Meanwhile, Nanny is here - she took Bella shopping for her birthday present before Lily and I joined them for M&S got drinks courtesy of Grandma's vouchers!

We wandered through town to meet the boys at Rick Steins. Which was very disappointing as the menu has changed quite radically and is not as flexible as it was. I think we are about to become Harbour Lights converts!

We are now watching the Olympics while quaffing Camel Valley Brut and scoffing fancy chocolates. Oh and I have booked our flights for Majorca...
