In between watching Andy Murray reach the tennis final, Tirunesh Dibaba "stroll" to victory in the 10,000m and cheering Jessica Ennis to a lead after day one of the heptathlon, I had a lovely dinner with G & G who are over visiting from South Africa at the moment.
