The Elie Triathlon

It was all happening today ..... the Junior Triathlon this morning followed by the Senior one this afternoon.  The juniors had to make do with a run through the shallows for their swim but the seniors had a serious open water swim although there was a bit of a delay as the organisers waited for the tide to come in far enough.

I make a wonderful spectator!
