The Sugar Bond

The Bond Building was built as a whisky bond in the late 19th century. In addition to the Whisky Bond, there is the Sugar Bond and Anderson House which were all refurbished around 6/7 years ago, either keeping part or all of the original facade.

The Bond Building now has apartments and penthouses with secure underground parking and the Sugar Bond and Anderson House are now used for various businesses.

I'm glad these builidngs were able to be given a new lease of life and not demolished completely!
