Eventually, around half-fourish, an emergency thing and a couple of long-running catch-up manual-bodge things finished and I got round to trying the thing which I thought might sort out one of the new recurring problems. It did, but there wasn't enough time to preventatively fix all the things which will need to be fixed in Monday.
