Balcony and blinds

At my colleague R's house splendid house where we were for a BBQ. Annoyingly it decided to rain shortly after we sat down to eat, but luckily there was plenty of room inside in the conservatory where this was taken, and it did dry up again later so we could inspect the garden properly and advice could be given by the three gardeners who were present.
