Oh I do like to be beside the bay-side

This time just passing by, not sitting at the beach. How lucky are we to have a beach a walk away from our home!!! We never take it for granted.

We really missed being by water when we lived in London, and only realised this when we moved back to Dubai and were by the sea again. It's so good for the soul to be by water, no?

Worked away at some very important stuff today egged on by the man! AND I've completed a cookbook I've been working on to give to Jon and Ben with our family recipes. I've just got to make it into a booklet now at the printers. So excited about that.

And watched some records being broken at the swimming events at the Olympics. Cool stuff.
