Still windy

I took this photograph from the car because it was so windy outside it was difficult keeping myself and the camera steady.
My rant for the day goes as follows.  I have been to the supermarket, I am driving across a mini roundabout and there is a cyclist with a disability in front of me, his bike had stabilisers.  The cyclist is struggling because there's an incline, but there is a guy in a big car behind me who can't wait a few seconds, so he decides to overtake me on the roundabout just as the cyclist swerves off to the right, into the path of the big car.  This car missed the cyclist by inches and then the driver just roared off on his way without a backward glance.  I'm still gobsmacked.
