This venerable stag has been on this side of the park for many years. He is, at this time of the year anyway, a mild mannered old man. This morning he was more interested in foraging for his breakfast - this was the only shot I managed to get of him with his head up. He still has the velvet on his antlers- It will not be too long before he begins to scrape this off prior to the rut.
