Asperitas clouds over Crummock water

Added to my Wainwright tally again today by walking from Buttermere over Red Pike, then on to Starling Dodd and Great Bourne, taking my total up to a very healthy 178/214; a good increase on my total this time last year of 84!

Forecast was low winds and sunny, what the actual weather did was a polar opposite - really high winds and cloud. The winds created these amazing Asperitas clouds, and shortly after this the rain started.
