Wish it was wine.....

Gosh first day back at work after a week off and it was a bit hectic to say the least. Worked most the evening too after sorting Grandma, trying to get on top of things.

Had difficult evening with Grandma too, very bad hallucinations, not believing me they are not real, upset about things and wishing she wasn't here :( going to make some calls tomorrow to see if we can expidit consultant appointment and speak to GP. Even Jack coming to see her didn't cheer her up.

I'm sorry I am behind looking at blip journals and responding to comments, I will catch up on evening this week.
