A Classic Example of Bad Design.

This short corridor leads to the toilets in Costa Coffee, Meole Brace Retail Park, Shrewsbury. The disabled toilet is at the far end of the corridor and has a spring-loaded door. Come on you architects - have some intelligence! Try this for yourself - borrow a wheelchair and sit in it. Then try to navigate down the corridor, and when you reach the end try to open the door (which opens outwards into the corridor) against the spring closer! This is an absolute nightmare for wheelchair users. Heads should roll!
