This boy means business

Well today I was introduced to the delights of Pickleball - a game that is apparently sweeping Canada. It's basically a mixture of table tennis, badminton and squash played on a badminton court with a lowered net. The bat (sorry, paddle) looks like a flattened and enlarged table tennis bat and the ball is about the size of a tennis ball but made from hard plastic with holes in it. Great game and even managed to win a few. However, my legs will be suffering tomorrow, especially as I had earlier gone on a bike ride. George has been playing for a while and, as you can see, he's a mean opponent. Have a search online and see what it's all about. You may become hooked too
