Home made ice cream

We were looking after our eldest niece again today (day 2 of the 3) and she was good again today.  When she arrived she got straight to colouring and drew herself and ice cream.  Then off to the swimming pool and she did very well jumping into and swimming in the middle of the pool, and touching the bottom (1.3m deep).  A bit of lunch and then back for more colouring and an explanation of automatic water systems from Uncle David!
