Ptarmigan

A very wet day, and the birds were the only thing out today, a family of ptarmigan soft shoeing their way through the garden.

We'll head out to celebrate REO's exam results tomorrow - she got the grades needed for art college, so sixth year will hopefully be so much easier, concentrating on her portfolio...
