2 swims and 2 Herons

I loved this Heron looking down at his reflection, like, who are you looking at!
So this morning I went to Rousse and sat down on the pier and several people prepared to swim, so I felt safe to swim too. I had a nice long swim. Then this afternoon, I went to Port Grat and did the same, I met two lovely French ladies who decided to eat their lunch whilst I swam, then we carried on chatting when I got out from another good swim. They are staying in a hotel down the road from me, and they come from Angers, that is a place that we have been to several times.
Now I want to relax and maybe enjoy a bit of Olympics. Have a good evening.
