Careful how you say it!

When I saw this, I just felt that this is what I needed to blip today. There is so much anger etc today and maybe it's not what we are saying to each other so much as how we are saying it. Something worth thinking about anyway.

Can't even tell you all what I did today although with this cold wet weather it was another good afternoon for watching things from Rio.

As my nephew Aonghas is vegan, my sister works hard to cook to accommodate him and sometimes she will include non-vegan items for the rest of us but often not. The vegetable tart she made for dinner tonight was wonderful. I have never eaten so healthy in my life as the past month here!
