Jump for joy

or just for the hell of it!!  The dolphins appeared today in their hordes.. perhaps 100 travelling up and down the Forth for an hour or more.. just wonderful to see them and this one you can see fully up in the air must be at least 10-12 foot long.. what a sight!!  It was the most beautiful morning and Flossie and l had two long walks before midday when the clouds rolled in and the rain came down.  l believe it will get worse before it gets better.  Tonight l went out and had a lobster supper with friends.. what fun and how scrummy.. see extras for feast on the barby and also some delightful harebell found growing near the coastal path.
