Sheffield Park Gardens

Grandmother duty today found us in Sheffield Park Gardens. I wasn't sure if my technology loving grandsons would appreciate a National Trust property but they did. Armed with a picnic and a trail map we set off to find the points of interest. Despite the many varieties of trees this stump was a favourite with visiting children. The boys befriended some other children and had a great time playing under the canopy of a large conifer.

The conversation in the back of the car reverted to type with a graphic discussion of when poo becomes diarrhoea. I turned my radio up at this point and thought happy thoughts.

Halfway there with holiday entertainment. So far everything has been successful. Time to think of somewhere for next week.
