Another stuff photo! Really busy day today at work with everyone in my department having meetings before the end of the year and the office move, I was stuck in the office until 18:30, imagine that!

Another good training session at the gym after the manic meetings, with more cycling at 105rpm followed by weights, I really hope this translates into fast TT times!

Im supposed to be off tomorrow, but will be paying a visit to the gym again and hopefully testing out my 50mm lens on my mate at lunch, although I havent told him yet...
