Biscuits

Today Lincoln, Elliott and I stayed home all day. When Elliott had his first nap I baked some biscuits with Lincoln. He didn't get it at all and spent the whole time going to the pantry to ask for his biscuits. It was only when I had them ready to go in the oven that he understood. Then there was the lifetime wait of 12 minutes until they were done. He took it pretty well and loved the finished product.

Nana Dawn came over for lunch (and daddy came home too) then both boys took a good afternoon nap. We survived our first Friday without Nana and Poppa pretty well. Next week Nana S and Grandad go overseas too and we have two days per week alone.
