Jolang's Watch

No. This isn't one of the Hobbs watches. A few days ago Jolang brought along her lovely Australian bi-centenary souvenir pocket watch for me to take some pictures - which I did with alacrity of course. Here are views of the highly decorated case and the many ornate features. The event seems like it was only yesterday but amazingly this watch is now nearly 30 years old. Honestly ... where does the time go?

I am afraid that I have been laid low with some sort of malady today. I struggled around the walking course with the group this morning but I pretty much crashed for the rest of the day. I hope that Joan (and indeed Blipworld) will forgive me for making this today's blip. My comments may be a little erratic for a day or so.
