Art Late

Our first festival-related outing tonight, an Art Late tour round a few exhibitions. Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop, Rhubaba, Printmakers, Dazzle. Finished up at Leith Town-hall for a mini-tour of the theatre in the dark. Of the galleries, History Machines at Printmakers is well worth a visit. I think most folk were expecting Dazzle to be the jewellery gallery but it's actually a ship! Not a great evening for standing around in the docks but you're wheeched around in a bus these days instead of walking everywhere and you get to take your beer on the bus too so that was fine! Paolozzi beer this year, brewed in Sighthill. Got the thumbs up from me. Unlike the band in the town-hall.
