There will be a bag for the handles!!

A U3A sewing day. I’d completed the appliqued panels before the day and had hoped to complete the bag at the session, but no luck.
 
I bought the pack at Harrogate Craft Show last November and want this done before I go back this November.
 
The instructions inside the pack are not very clear, to say the least :0( 
   
The other ladies at the session had a read and were non the wiser either. I will take it to my Saturday sewing session and see if anyone else has any ideas. If not, I will put the instructions to one side and just do it my way……:0)
