Disappointment in the air

Finland-Romania quarter-finale game was the most thrilling ever. Finland lead the first two quarters of the match, but the catastrophic third quarter took Romania to lead, which Finland could not quite reach. In the end Romania won by 2 points, 53-55. I hardly could breath during the game!

Our girls and their coaches must be very disappointed now. Their goal to reach top three position did not came true, which means next year Finland will play in the B division instead of the A. Now they will play for placings 5.-8. Such is sport.

The photo is from Kaakinmaa pop-up park. Last time I walked through the area the statue was standing on the ground, now it was lifted to the second floor of the old, abandoned epidemic disease hospital.

+16°C, partly sunny, showers
