Gin time ...

In this kind of weather I would normally reach for something more warming but it feels like a gin kind of night. At last weeks Ignition festival, Eden Mill were there but sadly I was unable to sample. It did not stop me treating myself to one of their gins and a neat wee glass to enjoy it from.
This is their Hop Gin. It has a slight tint to it and had a whiff of whisky. Tastes lovely straight over ice.
