Flower power

It's never a good day for a funeral, but one I attended today was memorable. We were paying respects to a long life lived well, an old friend who was a distinguished motor racing reporter and book publisher. His granddaughter played a beautiful violin piece, the Formula One theme played him out, and the service ended with 'Only look on the bright side of life'. A theme echoed by this floral spectacle that cheered me on the way home.
