A long time . . .

. . . since breakfast. Or so it seems anyway.

The two older girls enjoyed watching Olympics gymnastics this morning, especially as they both go to gymnastics classes and are turning into skilled gymnasts themselves.
 
We went to see the BFG this afternoon and all really enjoyed it. What a great film – the special effects are amazing.
  
Making paper aeroplanes with grandad was a nice way to end the day. This was very, very tricky, until grandad actually read the instructions, then it was much more successful!
